when you wait
imagine a rainy day, there's clouds in the sky and you can barely see cuz of the fog. you have been looking for someone to be with and a friend of yours decides to arranje someone for ya, ok, so far so good, the boy is good looking and has a great music taste. she tells you to meet him in the park at 3pm and you go. you get there earlyer and start listening to music and drawing shit in your notebook, waiting for the guy. after twenty minutes you call your friend and nothing, she doesn't know where he might be and you stay there, not knowing if he'll show up or not, if he has a good excuse, i mean, you don't even know how he looks, your friend told you general apperance, but after all, that does nothing to find people, its like going to china and look for a chinese dude, just stupid. you waited a hour and a half and your dad calls you asking if he can go get you and drive you home, the blind date had gone wrong, so you say ok,he'll get there in twenty. then after five minutes the said boy shows up and goes to you. ''hi, i'm [name], u'r rita?'' ''yeah i am, you're two hours late and now i'm leaving in fifteen minutes'' then he trys to explain that he thought the date was at 5pm, and that stuff, but you dont believe of course. [side note: by now you may notice that when i say 'you', i mean 'me' because although this didnt happen to me, i imagined it and i couldnt write as if its not me, its kinda complicated] a few minutes later you decide to give him the benafit of the doubt and you trade numbers, after all your dad is almost ther to pick you up. you leave. after all the 'blind date' wasnt so bad, you were two hours listening to music and did some cool drawing, and got a phone number. not so bad, not so bad.
