hair issues

i just dyed my hair blue (parts of it), my mom told me it looked green again, (cuz last time i did this it turned green instead of blue,i had to dye it twice), i sure hope not, cuz i don't have any more paint :c well, my mom painted in places u can actually notice on first look, so i REALLY hope it's not green, cuz if it is, i'll buy a hat and hide it until it turns ''blonde'' again. i also cutted my hair and it's really annoying me because it's allways in my eye and when i take it to the side, it GOES RIGHT BACK TO THE FREAKIN EYE! aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah, it's annoying 'O'    ok, i'm calm now, I'M CALM. so, back to the point, i hope my hair looks good from here on out.
